All FAQs
How to Withdraw
Yes, 998bd keeps its withdrawal service running 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Whether it is late at night or a public holiday, you can submit a withdrawal request at any time. Once approved, the money typically arrives in your designated mobile wallet within 1 hour.
If you receive a welcome bonus, you need to complete wagering of 20 times the bonus amount. For example, if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳20,000 in bets. Once this requirement is met, you can easily withdraw the earnings from the bonus. Wagering is calculated only on the bonus amount, not on the deposit amount.
For security reasons, withdrawals can only be made to a mobile wallet registered in the player's own name. Whether you use bKash, Nagad, or Rocket, the name and number of that wallet must match the details on your 998bd account. Withdrawals to another person's number are not permitted.
In most cases, withdrawals are completed within 1 hour. However, there may be a slight delay due to the account verification process or a temporary issue with the wallet. If your request shows as "Pending", contact our team directly via live chat and they will resolve it quickly.
The minimum withdrawal amount at 998bd is ৳500. Requests below this amount will not be accepted. Once your funds are ready, first confirm that your balance is at least ৳500, then submit your withdrawal request.
How to Deposit
998bd does not charge any deposit fee — every taka you send will be added in full to your account. However, your mobile wallet provider (bKash, Nagad, or Rocket) may apply a small service charge according to its own terms. This depends on your wallet type and the source of your balance.
The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. With this amount you can enjoy slots, cricket betting, live casino, or fishing games. If it is your first deposit, you will also receive a welcome bonus — a ৳1,000 deposit gets an extra ৳1,000 bonus, bringing your total balance to ৳2,000.
998bd currently accepts deposits through three mobile wallets: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 for all three methods, and the process is fully automated and secure. Choose whichever one is most convenient for you.
To deposit with Nagad, first log in to your 998bd account and go to the deposit section. Select Nagad and enter the amount (minimum ৳500). Then send money from your Nagad app to the number shown on the screen, and submit the transaction ID. Your account is usually credited within a few minutes.

Your username must be unique and generally consists of a combination of English letters and numbers. For a more secure account, choose a password with at least eight characters, one uppercase letter, and one number. Avoid using simple passwords (such as 12345678).
Click the "Forgot Password" option on the login page. Enter your registered email or mobile number and a reset link or code will be sent to you. Use it to set a new password. If you have any trouble, you can get help directly via live chat.
No, only one account per player is permitted. If the same person opens multiple accounts, all of those accounts may be suspended and there is a risk of the balance being forfeited. This policy is strictly enforced to prevent misuse of bonus benefits.
Logging in from a new device is generally possible. However, for security purposes, the first time you log in from a new device you may be asked for a verification code sent via email or SMS. This is a normal security measure. If you have any issues, let us know via live chat.
Casino & Table Games
Teen Patti is a three-card comparison game where both the player and the dealer receive three cards each; the one with the best hand wins. Andar Bahar is even simpler — the dealer draws a "joker" card, and then you bet on whether a card of the same value will appear first in the "Andar" (left) or "Bahar" (right) pile. Both games are available in the 998bd live casino.
In roulette, a spinning wheel contains numbers from 0 to 36. You can place various types of bets — on a single number, the color of the number (red or black), odd or even, and more. The dealer spins the ball, and players who bet on the number where the ball lands win. European roulette has only one zero, which gives the player a better advantage.
998bd's table games have separate tables for players with different budgets — from low-limit tables all the way up to high stakes tables. The limits for each table are visible as soon as you enter the game lobby, so it is easy to choose a table that suits your budget before you start playing.
Baccarat is a card comparison game. Between two hands — "Player" and "Banker" — whichever has a total point value closest to 9 wins. You simply bet on which side will win. Card values: 10, Jack, Queen, King = 0 points; Ace = 1 point; all other cards are face value. Its simple rules make it quite popular among new players.
Yes, 998bd's live casino is fully mobile-friendly. You can open the site in the browser of any modern smartphone and enjoy live dealer games — no separate app download is needed. With a good internet connection, video streaming runs smoothly.
